Mass, small group prayer, guest speakers and inspirational quotes with links to resources on social media each in their own way nourish my soul and provide a much needed balance to the intellectual stimulus and discipline my academic classes and research provide. Volunteering as a Eucharistic Minister and on the Catholic Leadership Team have taught me that the Catholic Church is alive, active, generous and culturally diverse. Young lay people like me ensure that the future of the Catholic Church is one of growth and vibrancy.
