I joined CC@S after moving to the Bay Area for work at Google as a new graduate of Duke University. This community has helped me grow tremendously in my faith these past three years. I celebrate Mass on campus and sing in the choir, hear and share how to live our faith in weekly Encounter Christ small group meetings, and attend talks by renowned speakers. There are many more experiences, but one that I must mention is that I took RCIA classes with Fr. Xavier, received an enlightening understanding of Catholic teachings, as well as the sacrament of Confirmation at Memorial Church. With all this growth, I have become comfortable enough to join the Catholic leadership team at my workplace in 2020, where I look forward to providing a space for fellow Christians to express their faith and help each other live out our vocation more effectively.
