Mass outdoors at Arbor House (the residence of our Dominican priests and their fellow friars) at 11 AM followed by a picnic open to all. There will be a Mexican food truck (vegetarian options available) and time to socialize. All are welcome - especially Alumni!

Volunteers needed to help in setting up (9:30am) before Mass and the picnic as well as break-down at the end of the party (around 1:45pm-2:30pm). Tasks include:

Set up chairs and umbrellas for Mass
Set up Nametag table and pass out Nametags
Set up tables and tablecloths for picnic
Move chairs after Mass to picnic tables
Set up trash bins
Set up ice buckets and fill with water and juices
Set up directional signs to restrooms
Pass out song sheets for Mass
Take down tables and umbrellas after picnic
Take down all chairs after picnic
Empty ice buckets and store leftover juices
Consolidate and dispose of trash
