Many of us found our pandemic outdoor Masses intimate and, as a change of pace, particularly prayerful. Post-pandemic, we have the chance to freely choose this outdoor setting occasionally, a great echo of Jesus’ miracle of the loaves and fish, when everyone sat on the grass and shared God’s abundance.

Let’s celebrate God’s creation together at our morning Mass on Sunday, July 23 at Wilbur field, 10am (no 9am Mass in the church). Yes, there will be donuts. And year-round-community members of all ages (that’s permanent community, those who aren’t university students) will gather for a bit after Mass to discuss their dreams for the coming year.

Bring your own chair or blanket, sun protection, and a fish.
