Morning Mass will be shifted in time and place on Sunday, August 25th. Join us for our annual All Community Mass and Picnic. Mass is at 11:00 AM, outside at Arbor House (the Dominican priests’ residence), under the trees and umbrellas. We provide the picnic. We will be providing a taco lunch.

This is a great time to pray together, catch up with friends at the end of the summer and welcome new Year Round Community, Faculty and Staff. We also welcome grad students and early-arriving undergrads.

Volunteers needed to help at Arbor House in setting up (9:30am) before Mass and the picnic as well as break-down at the end of the party (around 1:45pm-2:30pm). Tasks include:

Set up chairs and umbrellas for Mass
Set up Nametag table and pass out Nametags
Set up tables and tablecloths for picnic
Move chairs after Mass to picnic tables
Set up trash bins
Set up ice buckets and fill with water and juices
Set up directional signs to restrooms
Pass out song sheets for Mass
Take down tables and umbrellas after picnic
Take down all chairs after picnic
Empty ice buckets and store leftover juices
Consolidate and dispose of trash
