Tom, as the retiring Dean of Hendricks Chapel at Syracuse University, hired Tiffany as the first female dean in 80 years for Hendricks Chapel. His bio includes: Pastor of Forest Home Chapel of the United Methodist Church (1981-1984), Pastor at Christ United Methodist Church, Moravia, NY (1984-1990), Syracuse University (1990-2013: Chaplain, Dean, Senior Vice President and Dean of Student Affairs), President and CEO, The Iliff School of Theology (2013-present)
