Kayla Ann Stephens

Kayla Ann Stephens is a second year FOCUS missionary, and blessed to serve alongside the ministry team at the Catholic Community at Stanford. Kayla is from a devout Catholic family in Sacramento and pursued a degree in public health from UC Berkeley. It was during her time at Cal where she intentionally cultivated a relationship with Christ and became deeply involved at the Newman Center. The Christ-centered relationships made during college left a deep impact on Kayla and sparked her love for servant leadership and discipleship.

After graduating from UC Berkeley in 2025, she answered the Lord’s call to join FOCUS and served her first year of mission at San Jose State University. She is so grateful for the adventure Jesus has taken her on around the Bay Area and is excited to walk alongside all of you!
