Daily Holy Hours begin on the first day of the academic term: Monday, September 22nd and will happen Mon-Fri at 8 am in the Catholic Office (Old Union 304).

A special blessing for students, along with COFFEE and DONUTS will be served at 9 am after the holy hour on the first day of the academic quarter.

A holy hour is 60 minutes of prayer before God in the Eucharist. It’s an opportunity to have an intimate conversation with Jesus and receive his lifegiving presence in prayer. Come and adore Jesus for a short time or for a whole hour before you start your day!
